Are you game...?

League Rules:

  • Cost is $100.00 for the entire season due in full by Week 3 of the season {Covers the Playoff format as well}
  • All weekly picks are due into the "Commish" by Thursday 5:00PM {Local Time} except for the Weeks 1 and 16-17 of the season.  Special instructions will be communicated for these weeks of the season because of non Thursday Night games.
  • Picks can be submitted online at the yahoo site.
  • Select who is going to win each game that week, utilizing the point spread for each game, and a confidence rating from 1-16 {1-14 in bye weeks} for each with 1 being the least confident & 16 being the most.  A confidence number can be used once, no duplicates allowed.
  • All Favorites must win by more than the point spread ~ ALL TIES ARE A PUSH !!!
  • The Yahoo website will have the picks on it for all weeks
  • Winners are determined by the players who have the most Confidence points and Overall Wins for that week.
  • There is a "Tie-Breaker" for each week which is guessing what the combined score of the Monday Night Football game will be and which team will score the most points in all of the games that week.  In the event that there are two or more people with the same top points in Confidence and/or Overall Wins, the one who is closest to the final score will win.  If there is still a tie after this, those people will split the win for that week.  If there is more than 1 Monday night game, both games will be used in the tie-breaker.
  • If picks are not submitted at all ~ 25 Points & 2 Wins are awarded to you instead
  • If you miss submitting picks for any games, like Thursday, then you lose the ability to pick that game or have the highest Confidence Points available to you.
  • All selections have to be made before the cutoff which is 5 MINUTES BEFORE EACH GAME STARTS
Playoff Rules:
  • Each player in the league will pick, from the available players playing that week in the Playoffs, the following groups:

    RB #2
    WR #1

    Team Defense
    Special Teams
  • I will provide a list of players {in a drop down box} that will be available for a given week at each position, so you will not have to worry about who is available!
  • Points will be award based on the following scoring table:

    QB1 Point for every yard Passing
    2 Point for every yard Rushing
    2 Point for every yard Receiving
    50 Points for every touchdown (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    100 Points for every 2pt Conversion (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    RB2 Point for every yard Rushing
    2 Point for every yard Receiving
    1 Point for every yard Passing
    50 Points for every touchdown (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    100 Points for every 2pt Conversion (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    WR2 Point for every yard Rushing
    2 Point for every yard Receiving
    1 Point for every yard Passing
    50 Points for every touchdown (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    100 Points for every 2pt Conversion (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    TE2 Point for every yard Rushing
    2 Point for every yard Receiving
    1 Point for every yard Passing
    50 Points for every touchdown (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    100 Points for every 2pt Conversion (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    K1 Point for every extra point
    1 Points for every Yard of FGs kicked
    50 Points for every touchdown (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    100 Points for every 2pt Conversion (Rushing, Receiving or Passing)
    Team Defense1 Point for every yard of Sacks on opposing QB
    25 Points for every Safety
    5 Points for every Turnover recovered (Fumble or Interception)
    5 Points for every Sack
    50 Points for a defense touchdown (by Fumble or Interception)
    25 Points for holding opposing team to under 100 yards total Rushing
    25 Points for holding opposing team to under 200 yards total Passing
    100 Points for a shutout (no points scored by opposing team)
    Special Teams1 Point for every return yard (from Kick-offs, Punts or Missed FG)
    50 Points for every touchdown
  • There will be three rounds of the Playoffs were this will be done - Wild Card Games, Divisional Games & Championship Games
  • Top 3 players with the most points from these three rounds will win the Playoff Pool funds
